W. K. Kellogg Foundation
W.K. Kellogg Foundation offers grants for those working with Youth
and Education. Using a holistic, child-centered approach,
Youth and Education programs address the preschool through
college continuum - ages 0 to 24. The overall goal is to support healthy
infant, child, and youth development by mobilizing, strengthening, and aligning systems that affect children's learning.
Dollar General Literacy Foundation Grants
The Dollar General Literacy Foundation is an incredible national and local supporter of literacy programs, including National Center for Family Literacy initiatives.
The Foundation funds family literacy programs in each of the 35 states where they have stores and is offering grants up to $20,000 to family literacy service providers.

The 21st Century Community Learning Center
The 21st Century Community Learning Center Grants is a federally funded
program through NCLB Title IVB (www.greatsource.com/grants/21stcent.html). It provides funding for before school and
after school initiatives designed to advance student achievement, especially
for students who attend high poverty or low performing schools. One target
of this grant is to offer students' families opportunities for literacy and learning.
RGK Foundation
The RGK Foundation www.rgkfoundation.org supports a broad range of human services, community improvement, abuse prevention,
and youth development programs. Human service programs of particular interest to the Foundation include
children and family services, early childhood development and parenting education.
National Institute for Literacy (LINCS)
The Wal-Mart Foundation and others have been added to the LINCS Grants database of over 400 grants and funding
resources. Wal-Mart Corporation is providing every Wal-Mart store, Sam's Club and Transportation/Warehouse
